
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Promotional Supervisor to oversee our promotional field activities in Baghdad. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality in-field execution, optimizing promotional resources, and driving visibility and impact across pharmacies and key accounts.
Role Purpose:
To supervise and optimize promotional team performance, ensuring effective execution of campaigns, strong market presence, and alignment with company strategies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Supervision & Field Execution
- Supervise and guide the promotional team to ensure high-quality field execution
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide coaching
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of promoters across assigned territories
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the team
2. Promotional Activities Management
- Execute promotional campaigns in line with brand strategies
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and POS material utilization
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign alignment and execution
3. KPI & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily and monthly KPIs for the promotional team
- Ensure achievement of coverage, visibility, and sales support objectives
- Take corrective actions to address performance gaps
- Prepare regular performance reports
4. CRM & Reporting Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities
- Monitor team compliance with CRM requirements and field tracking
- Use data insights to improve execution efficiency
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with pharmacies and key retail accounts
- Support sales teams in driving product availability and visibility
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and field teams
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and in-store promotions
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence
- Provide actionable market insights to management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Pharmacist
- 3 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or promotions
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Baghdad market is highly preferred
