Job Purpose:
To provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director or a senior official by managing office tasks, organizing time, and facilitating communication, contributing to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
- Manage emails and respond to messages as directed.
- Coordinate business travel, reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare periodic reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Manage both professional and personal files with utmost confidentiality.
- Handle phone calls and messages and prioritize or forward them as necessary.
- Follow up with internal departments and external parties as directed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in administration or related fields).
- Minimum of 8 – 10years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
