Reporting to:

General Manager / Executive Director

Job Purpose:

To provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director or a senior official by managing office tasks, organizing time, and facilitating communication, contributing to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
  • Manage emails and respond to messages as directed.
  • Coordinate business travel, reservations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Prepare periodic reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Manage both professional and personal files with utmost confidentiality.
  • Handle phone calls and messages and prioritize or forward them as necessary.
  • Follow up with internal departments and external parties as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in administration or related fields).
  • Minimum of 8 – 10years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
