Position Overview

The Pharmacy Sales Representative is responsible for executing the sales strategy on the ground, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales Representative plays a key role in driving company growth while adhering to ethical standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Achieve individual sales target month.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned pharmacies, ensuring coverage and visibility.

2. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Report daily to the Team Leader on sales performance, customer interactions, and field activities.
  • Track and report both sales and non-sales KPIs, including visits, calls, and market feedback.

3. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Team Leaders to execute strategies and maximize performance.
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Share market insights and feedback to support strategy adjustments.

4. Operational Discipline

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Work 5 hours per day, 6 days per week, ensuring consistent field presence and coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Medical, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
