Team Leader - Erbil

We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader to lead our operations in KRG, with full accountability for team performance, market execution, and compliance excellence. This role is critical in driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring best-in-class field execution aligned with multinational standards.

Role Purpose:

To lead and develop a high-performing field force, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, effective territory management, and strict adherence to CRM and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives

- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching

- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability

- Identify talent gaps and implement development plans

2. Sales Performance & Execution

- Deliver regional sales targets through effective execution

- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions

- Ensure proper segmentation and coverage

- Drive execution of brand strategies

3. CRM & Compliance Excellence

- Ensure strict CRM compliance and reporting accuracy

- Monitor GPS tracking and field activity

- Analyze CRM data to improve performance

- Enforce company policies and ethical standards

4. Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with HCPs, pharmacies, and distributors

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams

- Represent the company professionally

5. Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities

- Identify growth opportunities

- Provide market feedback to management

Qualifications & Experience:

- Pharmacist

- 3–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

- 1–2 years in a leadership role

- Kurdistan market experience preferred
